Your Growth Starts Here
Use your assessment scores to write SMART goals. Each goal needs a clear start date, target date, and accountability partner.
One Goal Per Area
Start with one strong SMART goal per selected area. Depth beats breadth for lasting change.
Be Specific
"Read 2 books on emotional intelligence by June" beats "improve emotional intelligence" every time.
Name Your Partner
Write exactly who will hold you accountable. Social commitment dramatically increases follow-through.
Review Monthly
Save a session each month and compare with History to see your growth trajectory clearly.
➕ Add a SMART Goal
Making the Most of Your Mentors
Great mentoring is intentional, structured and reciprocal. These tips will help you get the most from every conversation.
Prepare an Agenda
Come with clear questions and progress updates on your SMART goals every session.
Set a Cadence
Monthly sessions are recommended. Consistency delivers more value than occasional intensity.
Act on Insights
Commit to 1–2 action items after every meeting and report back at the next session.
Honour the Relationship
